Factory Structure
a set of .holes which are keys,
a requestor-type, a starting address, and a hole capacity ... which are non-negative integers < 2**32,
an ordinal which is a 32-bit integer,
A key called its factory-brand,
a meter,
a domain creator which is either "its own" or is a key to the domain creator of another factory.
Component 16 is referred to as the "keeper".
Component 17 is referred to as the ".program". There are these cases:
The .program may be a factory requestor's key {e.g., a VCSF} that produces a memory key which is used as above.
The program may be an l-seg factory and the starting address -1 or -3.
If the starting address is -3 then the requestor provides only one bank which must be prompt.
