Partitioned Capabilities

I mean by “segregated capabilities” what others mean by “partitioned capabilities”, no more no less. Perhaps I will revamp my site someday but for now this page is to attract the attention of search engines so that people looking for partitioned capabilities will find this site. See, for instance, this about a discursive exploration.

The only advantage of “segregate” over “partition” is its obvious counter term “integrate”.
