- They were not written by anyone we know and either:
- We cannot examine them because
- It is too expensive to do so
- Proprietary rights preclude it
- We cannot determine what they will do when we examine them because:
- We are not smart enough.
- They indeed have no principles that make them benign.
- We do not have the tools to correct flaws that we discover.
