Why Global Conventions
First stab (too much and too little as it stands)
Seeing as how there is nowhere to stand to enforce these conventions and that we eschew vetting new operators, what can we say about DSR?
Something like this, I think:
If some known connected subset of the network follows the global conventions and packets are routed thru that subset, then packets with sufficient money will make it thru.
Of course end to end authentication, acknowledgements and encryption provide the familiar security properties and DSR does not presume to improve on those tools, at least as far as these conventions go.
I think that nodes with rogue neighbors must include function not outlined yet.
