I describe here a simplified version of the original YURL proposal.
The real YURL proposal leaves open options for other ways to find the IP address.
First is to include it in the YURL, as you can in an URL.
Second is to include several IP addresses to be tried until one proves to have the private key.
Third is a place to go to learn the current IP address.
